This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed to direct the Civil Judge (Junior Division)/F.T.C. 2nd Varanasi to decide the application under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act in Original Case No.1217 of 2013 (the present case no. 550 of 2017) (Munni Devi vs. Ravikant and others) within stipulated period of time as fixed by this case. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since long time. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
