On 06.08.2025 this Court has dismissed the bail application no. 14778/2024 (Mukesh Vs. State of Rajasthan) and bail application no. 16033/2024 (Dhanraj Vs. Noticing this fact on 03.10.2025, this Court has directed for deletion of order but it has brought to the notice of this Court that the order which was wrongly been uploaded has not been deleted in the connected matter, therefore, it is hereby directed that the order which has wrongly been uploaded be deleted immediately. 4. The Registrar (Judicial) is also directed to intimate concerned learned Sessions Judge that in FIR no. 47/2024 P.S. Itawa, District Kota the bail applications of accused Mukesh and Dhanraj were rejected by this Court on 06.08.2025. 5. The compliance be reported immediately.
