GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 give police protection to petitioner from the respondents No 4 to 8 and their hence men are obstruction of agriculture operations admeasuring in Sy 716-1A. to an extent Ac 0.92 cents, Amanigudipadu Village, Yerragondapalem Mandal, Prakasam District which was Patta land allotted my share from my father same had mutated my name in revenue records on 07-06-2021, alleging that the same is required for laying road to Um Chervu. without my permission of following the due procedure contemplated under law, as being illegal, arbitrary and is violation of principle of natural justice apart from being in violation of Articles 14, and 21 of the constitution of India, and further direction to respondents No 2 and 3 give police protection from respondents No 4 to 8.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint given by the Petitioner, a case in Crime No.117 of 2022 on the file of Yerragondapalem Police Station, Prakasam District for the offences under Sections 447, 427 and 506 read with 34 IPC IPC has been registered against the unofficial Respondents. 3. Sri M.Chalapathi, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
