The petitioner has been made accused in connection with R.I.T. P.S. Case No. 77 of 2023(s), for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella. 3. On 24.07.2023 at about 6:00 A.M, father of the informant namely Tilak Mahato was shot dead by unknown persons near Kasidih road side. From perusal of the impugned order, it transpires that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that apart from confession of co-accused, there is no other material against the petitioner on record. It was further submitted that co-accused Sunita Mahato has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 11542/2023 and other co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella in connection with R.I.T.
