The issue involved in the present writ petition is pertaining to District Ballia where based on certain litigation, salaries of the petitioners were stopped and consequently, the Director of Education has passed some orders on 7.1.2008. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition has been filed. 3. In fact, with regard to the appointments in District Ballia, the identical issue was considered by this Court in Writ A No. 23605 of 2018 and disposed of on 3.7.2025. 4.
