2. Learned High Court Government Pleader submits that the impugned order is an original order passed by the Deputy Commissioner under Rule 108CCC (4). Therefore, there is an appeal remedy available for the petitioner to go before the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal in terms of clause(d) of Section 49 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act.

3. Upholding the contentions of the High Court Government Pleader, the writ petition stands disposed of, while reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal.
