The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.394 of 2021 arising out of Dhurwa (T) P.S. Case No. 147 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 3247 of 2017, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 120B, 394, 201 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned A.J.C.-VIII, Ranchi. On 24.06.2017 at about 8:30 P.M., husband of the informant namely Munna Kumar was shot dead by unknown persons. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered on pointing out of this petitioner. It was finally submitted that petitioner has remained in custody for about six years. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-VIII, Ranchi, in connection with S.T.
