Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Patratu (Bhurkunda) P.S. Case No. 181 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 109(1), 351(3) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Rohit Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ramgarh. On 05.07.2024 at about 7:00 P.M., the informant and his brother were chased by co-accused Shiva Dom near Poda gate, Patratu. It is alleged that the brother of the informant was shot causing firearm injuries. Mr. A. K. Chaturvedy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and there is no allegation of firing against him. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rohit Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ramgarh or his successor, in connection with Patratu (Bhurkunda) P.S.
