Judgment on Board Per Ramesh Sinha, Chief Justice 13/08/2025
1. Heard Mr. Gyan Prakash Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Pankaj Singh, Advocate learned counsel for the respondents/ SECL.
2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:-
10.1. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly call for records pertaining to case of the petitioner.
10.2. That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside and quash the impugned show cause notice dated 07/07/2025 issued by the respondent authorities, in the interest of justice.
10.3. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to to allow the petitioner direct the respondent authorities firm to participate, conduct the work, tenders of G.E.M.143 as per the e tender notice dated 11/12/2024, in the interest of justice. 10.4.That, any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deemed just and fit in facts and circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the notices issued prior to show cause notice dated 07.07.2025 which is under challenge has already been replied by the petitioner vide letter dated 10.04.2025.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the reply of the petitioner dated 10.04.2025 has already been considered while issuing the impugned show cause notice dated 07.07.2025.
5. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to law as available to him, as per law, to challenge the impugned show cause notice, if so advised.
6. Prayer is allowed.
