At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of directing the concerned respondent authority to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2010 (Annexure P-1) within any stipulated period as fixed by this Court. 2. The above prayer made by the Counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by Counsel for respondents/State. 3. In view of the above submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, without going on merits of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed of directing the concerned respondent authority to consider and decide the pending representation dated 12.08.2010 (Annexure P-1) preferred by the petitioner within a period of ‘60 days’ from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with the law and relevant rules/policies/circulars issued by the government. 4.
