Upon perusal of the same, it is noted that the judgment dated 20.12.2024 is a speaking order that is passed after taking note of the Year of impugned advertisement and the fact that after assailing the said advertisement subsequent advertisements were issued, therefore, if the applicant has any grievance qua the same [2025:RJ-JP:14629] (2 of 2) [WMAP-17/2025] then he may avail the better recourse i.e. to prefer an appeal.
