Case No. 46/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 87 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Ghatsila. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have enticed way 21 years old daughter of the informant with an intention to marry her. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the victim was residing in the house with the petitioner. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the victim has admitted that she left her home with the petitioner and she being a major lady was residing with him. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Ghatsila in connection with Dhalbhumgarh P.S.
