P Pardha Saradhi representing Sri Aravala Rama Rao(Standing Counsel for APSRTC) Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3: Sri B Paramesewara Rao The Court made the following: JUDGMENT / THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS M.A.C.M.A.No.3362 of 2017 JUDGMENT: This M.A.C.M.A is filed by the Appellant/Respondent against the order dated 16.05.2016 in M.V.O.P.No.117 of 2015 passed by the •’s learned Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-IV Additional / District Judge, Kadapa, wherein the learned Judge has allowed the M.V.O.P with proportionate costs and the petitioners are awarded Rs.11,52,200/- as compensation with interest at 9% p.a. from the date of the petition to the date of deposit. 2. Heard Sri P. Pardha Saradhi, learned counsel representing Sri Aravala Rama Rao, learned counsel for the Appellant/Responde nt ^ and Sri B. Parameswara Rao, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P. Pardha 3.
