1) A compromise document has been filed duly signed by the learned counsel for the appellants, respondent No.3/ The New India Insurance Company Limited alongwith Ms. Arushi Mahar, Administrative Officer recording a compromise to the effect that respondent No.3/ Insurance Company would pay an additional sum of Rs.3,90,000/- to the appellants in addition to the sum already awarded by the learned Claims Tribunal within a period of 60 days from today. 2) Accordingly, the appeal stands compromised subject to the Insurance Company/ respondent No.3 depositing a sum of Rs.3,90,000/- within a period of 60 days from today before the concerned Claims Tribunal. In case of default in payment within the stipulated time, the additional sum of Rs.3,90,000/- shall carry an interest @ 6% per annum from the date of filing of the claim application till payment. 3) Consequently, the instant appeal stands disposed of.
