GP FOR HOME (TG) The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ Order or direction declaring that he is entitled to continue in service in the State of Andhra Pradesh till he attains the age of 60 years as per the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Public Employment Regulation of Age of Superannuation Amendment Act 2014 A.P.Act 2 4/2014 with all consequential benefits while declaring the action of the Respondents in seeking to retire him from service on 31.12.2017 as illegal arbitrary and to pass...” 2. Sri V.V.L.N.Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
