Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 16.09.2021, on credI'ble information, the Sub-Inspector of Police, Parawada, along with his staff and mediators, proceeded to E.Marripalem Junction and while conducting vehicle checking, the accused, after seeing the police, ran away from the spot by leaving his scooter, then the poll-Ce Checked the scooter and found 4 kgs of GanJ'a Ion it. Police seized the contraband along with scooty under the cover of medI'atOr report. The petitioner herein/Accused was arrested l'n the present crime on 12.ll.2024. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. A perusal of the material on record goes to show that the quantI'ty Of Ganja that is allegedly seized from the petitl'oner is 4 kgs, which is a non-commercial quantity. The petitI-Oner Was arrested on 12.ll.2024 and since then he is in judicial remand. 6. Since the quantity seized from the possession of petitI-Oner is non-commercial quantl-ty, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein/Accused on the following conditions. <i>ft,?
