1. Heard Mr. Mr. Siddhant Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the respondent.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner in Cr.M.P. No.2286/2018 with the following prayer:
“ It is therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble High Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petitions and quash the Criminal Case No. 7326/2015 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. Durg, arising out of complaint filed by the respondent under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, in the interest of justice. “
3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner in Cr.M.P. No.2323/2018 with the following prayer:
“ It is therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble High Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petitions and quash the Criminal Case No. 7325/2015 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. Durg, arising out of complaint filed by the respondent under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, in the interest of justice. “
