This application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to grant transit anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case Crime No. 0223 of 2025, under Sections 34, 406, 409 and 420 of I.P.C., Police Station- Mumbra, District- Thane City (Maharashtra). 3. The applicant has approached this Court directly and no special reason is disclosed in the affidavit as to why such application has not been filed first before the court of Sessions. Hence, the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the Full Bench decision of this Court Ankit Bharti vs. State of U.P. and another, 2020 (3) ADJ 165 (F.B.). 4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed with liberty to approach the concerned Sessions court.
