Case No. 26/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 65(1) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III-cum-POCSO Special Court, Deoghar. 3. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with daughter of the informant. Later on, he refused to marry her. 4. This appears to be case of adolescence love affair between the parties. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
