The petitioner has filed the present writ petition claiming the following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be please to set aside the impugned advertisement dated 25.07.20225 (ANNEXURE P/1) issued by the respondent No.3, in respect of the Life-Science subject related to the petitioner, and further be pleased to direct the respondents State to allow the petitioner to perform the duties as Guest Lecturer at Naveen Govt. Girls College Gaurela- Pndra-Marwahi, District – Gaurela – Pendra- Marwahi (C.G.), till Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN 2 the selection of regular lecturer/teacher. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the petitioner’s application (ANNEXURE-P/6), regarding to accept the petitioner’s CG-SET-2024 certificate, which has submitted before the respondent no.3. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief’s in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the petitioner has worked as Guest Lecturer, Life Science at Naveen Govt. Girls College Gaurela- Pndra-Marwahi, District – Gaurela – Pendra- Marwahi (C.G.) vide order dated 22-10-2024 and her tenure is over from 30-05-2025. She has already acquired her CG-SET 2024 certificate and submitted before the college and prayed for acceptance of her certificate of CG-SET 2024, so that she may continue on the Guest Lecturer in further appointment, if any. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents/State would submit that it is for the college concern to consider the candidature as well as certificate of the petitioner, in accordance with law, if the post is advertised or the college is required the Guest Lecturer in their college. 4. Be that as it may, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the parties that, if the college is required any Guest Lecturer (Life Science), the candidature of the petitioner as well as her CG-SET 2024 certificate may be considered by the college, in accordance with law. 5.
