Learned counsel for the State further submits that the interest has been calculated and within four weeks the amount will be paid. Rest of the amount has already been paid. 2. Since they have complied with the order dated 21.08.2023 passed in WP(S) No. 243 of 2023 in the intervening period, I am not inclined to further proceed to frame charge. 3. It is made clear that if within four weeks the amount is not paid, it is open to the petitioner to bring to the notice of this Court by filing a petition. 4.
