1. None appears on behalf of the petitioners to press this petition when the case is called out.
2. Mr. S.S. Baghel, learned Deputy Government Advocate, appearing for respondent No.1, is present.
3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the First Information Report dated 25.10.2021 lodged in Crime No. 437/2021 at Police Station- Lormi, District- Mungeli (C.G), for an offence under Section 306, 34 of Indian Penal Code, in the interest of justice..”
4. Learned State counsel submits that the matter has become infructuous as the petitioners have already been acquitted by the learned trial Court.
