Mr. Manish, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client went for treatment to a doctor in the Government Hospital. He discovered, said doctor was conducting private practice and in aid thereof had suggested petitioner to be examined at Parik Hospital, Delhi Gate, Agra, a private pathology run by the doctor. His client made representation dated 25th February, 2025 addressed to respondent no.1. He seeks direction upon said respondent to take action on the representation. 2. Mr. Sharad Upadhyay, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, alleged incident is of year 2015. The writ petition deserves to be dismissed. 3. On query, Mr. Manish is unable to show us either the suggestion made by the doctor (respondent no.4) nor explanation for ten years delay in approaching the writ Court. 4.
