The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chitra P.S. Case No. 02/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 121/2025, for the offences registered under Section 309(4) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Purnima Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhupur (Deoghar). 3. On 15.01.2025 at about 2:00 P.M., informant was waylaid by three unknown persons. On pistol point, they looted Rs. 50,000/- from him. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. This fact has been mentioned at paragraph no. 8 of the bail application. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Purnima Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhupur (Deoghar) or her successor in connection with Chitra P.S.
