Mishra, A.P.P. 02/ 20.11.2025: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dumri P.S. Case No. 36/2025, registered under sections 317(2) of BNS, 2023 and under section 12(1)/13(1) of Jharkhand Bovine Animal Slaughter Act, 2025, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gumla. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement. 4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to move before the learned Court by way of filing regular bail petition. 5. Learned counsel for the State has got no objection. 6. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 7.
