Order on Delay Condonation and Review Application 1. The present application has been filed seeking recall of order dated 05.07.2024 by which a substitute arbitrator was appointed to conclude the pending arbitration proceedings. The occasion arose for appointing a substitute arbitrator as the earlier appointed arbitrator had expressed unwillingness to proceed further in the matter. The substitute arbitrator was appointed with consent of the parties. 2. I am informed that the State is duly participating in the arbitration proceedings and 21.05.2025 is fixed for final arguments. 3. The review application is reported to be beyond time by 244 days. The explanation given is that the delay had occurred on account of the applicant receiving legal opinion with delay. 4. In the facts and circumstances noted above, I do not find any good ground to condone the delay or to review the order dated 05.07.2024 appointing the substitute arbitration with consent of learned counsel for the parties. 5.
