The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No. 63 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chandil. 3. On 15.04.2025, husband of the informant namely Mohammad Hussain left house, thereafter, he went missing. Later on, his dead body was recovered from a place behind the house of Taslima Neta in Tajnagar. Suspicion has been raised upon the named accused persons and others that they might have committed murder of the deceased. During the course of investigation, name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner or on his pointing out. 5. Mr. Satish Kumar Keshri, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the name of the petitioner has comes in confession of co- accused. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chandil in connection with Chandil P.S.
