JUSTICE BIPIN GUPTA Order 10/12/2025 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an innocuous prayer in the writ petition, stating that the Temporary Injunction Application No. 26/2023 titled as “Chandravati & Ors. Vs. Manohari & Ors.” has been pending for more than two years before the Additional District and Sessions Judge No. 2, Bayana, Camp Roopbas, District Bharatpur, Rajasthan. [2025:RJ-JP:50120] (3 of 3) [CW-18879/2025] 2. He contends that despite service on all the non-applicants, the temporary injunction application is not being decided by the trial Court. 3. Considering the same, this Court directs the trial Court to decide the Temporary Injunction Application No. 26/2023 titled as “Chandravati & Ors. Vs. Manohari & Ors.” as expeditiously as possible, if service is complete, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4. With the above observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. 5. All pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. (BIPIN GUPTA),J PARSHANT /13
