This petition is filed challenging the order dated 04.04.2025 whereby, demand of Rs.4,24,440/- has been created for onetime tax under the Rajasthan Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1951 and the vehicle has been seized. 2. However, a request is made that disposal of the appeal be made time bound. 3. In view of the limited prayer made, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. 4.
