JUSTICE ANANDA CHANDRA BEHERA ORDER 28.07.2025 Order No. 03. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Heard from the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned SC for the State. 3. Upon hearing from the learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of this writ petition at this stage giving liberty to the petitioner to approach before the Tahasildar, Gop (O.P. No.3) within seven days. 4. The parties are directed to keep the case land sought to be demarcated as it is till the appearance of the petitioner before the Tahasildar, Gop in Notice No.2190 dated 24.03.2025 making it clear that, the aforesaid interim protection for keeping the case land as it is, is only till the appearance of the petitioner in Page 2 of 2. Notice No.2190 dated 24.03.2025 within seven days and after her appearance in Notice No.2190 dated 24.03.2025, the interim protection shall not remain enforce. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of finally. 6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted to the petitioner on proper application.
