The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pakur Town P.S. Case No. 281 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 303(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Pakur. 3. On 03.11.2024, motorcycle of the informant parked outside the main gate of cemetery near Kali Mandir was stolen away by unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused persons. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner or on his pointing out. It was finally submitted that co-accused Sujit Sardar from whose possession, stolen motorcycle was recovered has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 959 of 2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Pakur in connection with Pakur Town P.S.
