Vijay Singh), arising out of Case Crime No.142 of 2021, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Lalitpur, District Lalitpur, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (F.T.C.), Lalitpur, within a shortest span of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
