The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 263 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 352, 132, 121(2), 324(3), 303(2), 109 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. On 08.09.2025, Giridih Muffasil police apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons while they were transporting illegal coal on bicycles. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2025. It was further submitted that chargesheet has been submitted in this case and offence alleged is triable by court of Judicial Magistrate. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Giridih, in connection with Giridih (Muffasil) P.S.
