Heard Mr. Kunal Das, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General for respondents No.1 to 4 / State. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “10.1 That this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner for kind perusal of this Hon'ble court. 10.2 That this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/writs to respondents authority to recover to Omprakash Mudliyar from the respondent no. 5 (Sushma Mudliyar) and handed over to the petitioner. 10.3 Any other relief, which may be deemed, fit by this Hon'ble Court just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be provided in favour of the petitioner.” 3. On a pointed query being made to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to the maintainability of the present Habeas Corpus petition as the corpus is stated to be the husband of the private respondent No.5 and the petitioner happens to be the real sister of the corpus and there appears to be some dispute between the parties, he could not give any satisfactory reply to the same and prays for withdraw the present petition. 4. In view of the same, as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. 3 5. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
