This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms. B.Geetha, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that the petition may be disposed of, no further orders are required in this matter, since the respondents have complied with the request of the petitioners to consider the petitioners for promotion. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare is in attendance. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed since the relief has become infructuous. No order as to costs. 4
