The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the transfer order dated 21/09/2023 passed by the Respondent No. 2 whereby the petitioner, who is working as Panchayat Secretary has been transferred from Gram Panchayat Mithilapur to Gram Panchayat Gurmutti, Janpad Panchayat Wadrafnagar. Vide interim order dated 13.10.2023 passed in the present petition, the order of maintaining status quo were passed in favour of the petitioner. 2. During pendency of the petition, the petitioner has retired from his service on 30.06.2024 and now the petitioner does not want to prosecute his petition further. 3.
