ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“.... to issue an order, writ or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in seizing the Tractor No. AP 30U 2091 and Trailer No. AP 30Y 1567 of the petitioner without following any procedure under statutes as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 19, 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to release the vehicle from their custody and pass …”

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology is present.
3. As observed from the proceedings sheet, this Court on 29.12.2017 has passed the following interim order:
“W.P.No.44656 of 2017
Rule Nisi. Call for records.
Notice returnable in four weeks. I.A.No.2 of 2017
There shall be interim direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to release the seized vehicle i.e., Tractor bearing No. AP 30 U 2091 and Trailer No. AP 30 Y 1567 of the petitioner, subject to the condition of petitioner paying an amount of Rs.25,000/-, with a further direction that the seized vehicle shall not be alienated pending disposal of the writ petition.”
4. On hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that, in view of the interim order of this Court, dated 29.12.2017, the grievance of the petitioner was redressed. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition and it may be closed.
5. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
