The undisputed fact remains that the said Ghatma Oraon who has been cited as the opposite party No.2 of the instant Cr.M.P, has died on 17.09.2024 whereas this Cr.M.P. has been filed on 22.11.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner insists that the order be passed in this Cr.M.P.
