The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 223, 111(3), 111(4) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Smt. Meenakshi Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Latehar. 3. On 21.08.2025, at about 10:30 P.M., Bariyatu Police intercepted two persons on motorcycle near Manatu Piket, Police barrier. One of the co- accused manage to escape, but the petitioner was apprehended. On search, a country-made pistol and two live cartridges are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case. 4. Considering the nature of allegation and the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
