IA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 5th respondent to conduct investigation in proper and transparent manner by adding sections 307 and 392 IPC in crime No. 82/2018 registered on the file of the 5th respondent police station, pending disposal of the writ petition and pass such other order or orders.
