None has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. 3. A perusal of the report dated 12.12.2025 would reveal that the statement of petitioner No.2 – Aryan Redhu has not been recorded on account of his ill health. 2. In view of the above, the present petition seeking quashing of the FIR on the basis of a compromise stands dismissed, at this stage. 3.
