Perusal of the case file shows that in pursuance to the order dated 30.10.2020 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the matter has already been taken up by the CBI, and after registration of the FIR by the CBI, challan has also been submitted in the Court and further proceedings are going on. 3. As the criminal Court has already taken cognizance, this Court finds no reason to keep the present petition pending and as a matter of fact, no further orders are called for. The same is accordingly, disposed of. However, it will be open to the parties to avail their legal remedies. 4. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
