Heard Mr. Pawan Shrivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records relating to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ and direct the respondents to released the balance amount of Rs. 5,91,031/- in 3 favour of petitioner and also direct to pay 18% interest per annum on delay payment of said amount, within a period of 30 days. 10.3 Any other relief which Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and cost of the petition.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to approach appropriate Forum for redressal of their grievance. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.
