Case No. 07 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur. 3. On 12.01.2025, the petitioner took the son of the informant, namely, Asraful Ansari, along with him. Thereafter, son of the informant went missing. Later on, his dead body was recovered from a place near Khesar pond at Village- Karandanga. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioner that he might have committed the murder of the deceased. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State after going through the case diary has submitted that apart from confession and suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on record. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur, in connection with Hiranpur P.S.
