Case No. 17 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 376(2)(n) of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Session Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Lohardaga. 3. On 15.03.2018, the petitioner is alleged to have raped the prosecutrix. This matter was not reported to the police. It is alleged that the petitioner subsequently, on the promise of marriage, established physical relationship with the prosecutrix. Later on, he refused to marry her. 4. It appears that the parties were in relationship sine last seven years. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner was all along assuring the victim that he would marry her. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Session Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Lohardaga in connection with Lohardaga (Mahila) P.S.
