ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that respondents 3 and 4 are interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioners and unofficial respondents. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the respondent-police not to interfere in the civil disputes, since the dispute between the parties is civil in nature.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that two crimes have been registered against the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that the respondent-police are not interfering in the civil disputes.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-police to follow the procedure according to law and do not call the petitioners to the police station unless their presence is warranted relating to the crimes registered against them. There shall be no
order as to costs.
