The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jama P.S. Case No. 73/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 817/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2), 317 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dumka. 3. In the intervening night of 07.08.2024, 11 batteries were stolen from B.S.N.L Towers at Ranidinda, Madanpur. It appears that some of the stolen batteries were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2024 and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. It was further submitted that the offence alleged is triable by a Court of Judicial Magistrate. It was finally submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Dumka in connection with Jama P.S.
