Learned Advocate for the applicants in Criminal Application No. 3743 of 2025 seeks permission to intervene on behalf of the depositors, claiming that they are victims of the crime. 2. Learned Advocate for the original applicant opposes the said contention on the ground that the present application does not contemplate intervention and, therefore, the applicants have no right to intervene in the proceedings. 935 APPLN 3743.2025.odt 1 of 2 3. In case the applicants are depositors and claim to be victims of the crime, they have a legitimate interest in the proceedings and, therefore, they can be permitted to intervene.
