ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:
“….to issue an appropriate writ, or order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent herein in harassing the petitioner by calling him to the police station every day and making him to sit in the police station from morning to evening without any cause or concern, consequent to registration of Crime in F.I.R. No. 264/2017 dated 16.10.2017 and the inaction on the part of the respondents 2 and 3 herein in not acting on the complaint dated 23.11.2017 lodged by the petitioner is highly illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional being violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 4th respondent herein not to harass the petitioner by calling him to the police station every day at the instance of the 5th respondent, consequent to registration of Crime in F.I.R. No. 264 of 2017, dated 16.10.2017 and pass…”
2. Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 4
