VEDULA SRINIVAS The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: Impugning the proceedings issued by respondent No.2 vide F.No.68/KNL/K/20080-Z-IV-Supply, dated 16.11.2017 (Ex.P1), whereby constituting a management committee for two years, as illegal and arbitrary, the above writ petition was filed. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. 3. Today, when the matter is listed, learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that in pursuance of the interim order granted on 14.12.2017, suspending the constitution of the managing committee, the Waqf board has taken Idgah and Masjid Dhone, Kurnool District, under direct management. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed another writ petition i.e. W.P.No.8328 of 2018. SRS,J W.P.No.41943 of 2017 4. Given the developments, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication, and thus the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
